330 grams. Iron, IAB-ung
TKW 24 MT. Observed fall: no. Found 1911, Western Australia.
Matthias writes:
Individual with a somehow haunted shape reminiscent of a bear, a prehistoric goddess of fertility, or something completely different. The weird shape was caused by weathered troilite inclusions. The forms, especially of iron meteorites, are often of such a complexity that, in its multiplicity of various possible perspectives, it can only compared with that of cubist sculpture. |
