The NWA 1584 is a beautiful meteorite with a grey/white ground mass, stunning chondrules and abundant globular troilite. This sample displays contraction cracking in the crust, a large 8mm wide Chondrule and many troilite inclusions.
Petrographic analysis was undertaken by the Johnson Space Center by M. Zolensky. The main mass is held by Mr Dean Bessey

Ian, that's right. This LL5 chondrite has very conspicuous troilites - my largest measures 5.25 x 4.65 mm (!) |
