There are abundant FeNi specks, shock veins and melt pockets, and it is readily attracted to a magnet – almost too strongly for an L chondrite.

Wow, those are such remarkable melt veins that they deserve a Latin name of their own. "Pockets" = Sulci?

Cool! I have noticed there are an occasional L or LL that has a stronger pull to a magnet than others. Cheers!
