First reported by Nininger as 2 masses found in 1937, 498g and about 4kg;
then acquired by Walter Zeitschel, the famous German collector;
who sold it to Professor Winbeck, as per the letter and the label;
and finally back in Colorado.

Yes, unmistakably Niki Zeitschels handwriting. I still have all her correspondence re: acquiring and purchasing meteorites from the Zeitschels! |
