TKW 19 kg. Observed fall January 8, 2001, in Tatawin, Tunisia, a mere 36.97 kilometers from the impact site of Tatahouine.



David writes:
Specimen BM 03. This is the third and last specimen I found. I was returning to our encampament to leave the quad and take 4wd to the airport. You can watch the video of the find at http://youtu.be/1zKDpf4-ZDc.

March 21, 2014, during our 5th Tunisia meteorite expedition, with José Vicente Casado, Ion Ander Lanza and charming Emma Ardanaz. Thanks to Pierre Marie Pelé for suggesting that we visit the strewn field while in Tunisia.
