An amazingly large and thick slice of this important and famous meteorite. If you ever top that specimen, hope you will also post it on MPOD.

One of the best (if not the best) slices of Peekskill I have seen.

... and with traces of the red car paint still visible on the crust (as some of us know ;-)! My 11.7 gr part slice is as fresh as this gorgeous slice and also shows a one-millimeter-thick, velvety-black fusion crust, a light gray interior and numerous melt veins.
