Fall not observed ? Just a find or is there a special meaning...
the Met Bul clearly states that Mreira is not a fall, and adds "Therefore this is a possible fall associated with the fireball of December 16, 2012."
just like our minister that has "perhaps" smoked pot. You have smoked or you havn't. |
