Ken...David Weir's Meteorite Studies site has a nice picture of a large part slice of a paired meteorite (NWA 2624). The Met Bull page also has a pic at the bottom of the page for today's stone, NWA 2651. |

Colors look interesting but I would have liked to see
an image in natural " sunlight " . One of the natural crust

Interesting how the olivine grain reduction (saw tooth patterns) is at the ends of the parallel planes, and not on the sides of the individual grain. Ureilites are crazy looking! Thanks Bill. |
