25 grams. Iron, IAB-MG
TKW 30 metric tons. Observed fall: no. Impacted about 50,000 years ago. Found 1891 in Coconino County, Arizona, USA, between Flagstaff and Winslow.
Jansen writes:
This unique, sculptural Canyon Diablo individual is an old find, perhaps as early as the Nininger days. The cleaning technique corresponds to those used in the early 1900s, and it has been very well preserved because of the delicate cleaning processes used back then. It is about 25 grams, 3 inches long by 1 inch wide, and the thickness is no more than half an inch. Most resembles a Brontosaurus or some similar "long-necked" dino. The ID card has a misprint, however. It should say Winslow, and not Wislow.

Vintage card says "Wislow, Arizona"...should be Winslow, and also it has "7% Nickle" versus Nickel. :o |
