113.04 grams. 70 x 60 x 25 mm.   Iron, IIAB

TKW 23 MT. Observed fall 12 February 1947, Primorskiy kray, Russia

John writes:
This aesthetic piece of shrapnel clearly exhibits evidence of a violent fragmentation. The twisted, torn, bent, and irregular faces on this piece with its sharp jagged edges make it intriguing from virtually any angle or orientation. A remarkable example not often found in this amazing shape

Super ripped Jim!!, and John...you could lash it to your neck like a bow-tie. Meteorite fashion of different type. The 128 grams or 4 ounces sounds a little heavy though for a tie.

Unusual and aesthetic specimen with an almost unbelievable resemblance to a Henbury shrapnel in my collection!
