2.4 gram part slice.   L5

Bob writes:
This close-up photo of a 2.4g part slice of Cat Mountain L5 impact melt breccia features a 10 x 5 mm metal bleb with a fascinating dendritic structure. At first glance, this and other blebs appear like any other shiny metal inclusion, but on close inspection, each of them has the same criss-cross texture when tipped at the right angle to the light.

Is this one of the newer Cat Mountain finds, or a piece of the original?

Nice specimen Bob. The metal inclusion almost looks etched. :)
