Greenwell Springs probably fell a couple of days before it was found on Nov 30, 1987. See also a detailed description in Meteoritics 23, 359-360 (1988).

Wonderful fresh full slice. Dimensions: 68 x 45 x 5.5 mm. Weight: 29.8 g. Collector trade 1991.

The close-up pictures show fields of 6x8 mm of the brecciated chondrite. The crust is still cooking...

An interesting detail: Some metal grains contain copper inclusions up to 10 microns in diameter!
