S3 / W1

A beautiful L3 meteorite slice with a light-grayish matrix full of chondrules of various sizes and colors, flecks of meteoric metal (iron-nickel), and a number of interesting inclusions. The inclusions bear little resemblance to the host rock in visual appearance and petrologically, and were likely introduced through other asteroidal impact.

Nice one with several bleached chondrules a.k.a. bull's eye chondrules. They attest to aqueous processes on the parent asteroid!
