TKW 35.3 kg. Fall not observed. Found 2018 in Niger.

Michael writes:
This meteorite has a very dark matrix with lighter colored chondrules that makes it very easy to show people what consists of a chondritic matrix. This meteorite was found in 2018 in the country of Niger. The total found mass is 35.3kg, and is classified as a carbonaceous chondrite, class CV3. The fractures in this specimen make it quite fragile, but very beautiful.

Some of the chondrules have orange streaks that are very striking. Rust or ??? It practically glows and made me think of yooperlite!
