22.9 gram half individual. Mesosiderite-A3 TKW 59 kg. Observed fall 12 March 1935, Skierniewice, Poland. Frank writes:Pictured is a 22.9 gram half individual of the Lowicz mesosiderite that that fell near Skierniewice, Poland about an hour after midnight on March 12, 1935. The polished and etched half individual exhibits a large FeNi nodule that measures 2 cm at its longest dimension. Lowicz is the third largest by weight of the seven witnessed mesosiderite falls. Fifty-eight fragments fell with a known weight totaling 59 kilograms.
