TKW 61 kg as of November 1997. Fall not observed. Found 24 November 1995, near White Hills, Arizona, USA.



Larry writes:
This is 34 pounds of presumably Gold Basin from the Nevada side. This was a single stone when it landed but through the centuries it weathered and slowly spilled down the slope. I found the first fragment with my Gold Bug 2 and then followed the pieces up the hill to the mother load. As far as I know it's the largest chondrite from Nevada but I guess that depends on how you measure, as it's no longer a complete mass.

Samples have been sent to Dr. Kring and we are awaiting word as to it's relationship with Gold Basin.
