Austin (I wish I had your direct email address) ALL the Almahata Sitta material on the market is LEGAL. And no, there is not much of it at all, and it is released slowly as Dr. Bishoff gets done studying each and every fragment. |

The amount of material on the market far exceeds the amount declared on Siegfried's paperwork. That is where the confusion comes from. I'm still unsure which Almahata Sitta specimens are legal and which are not.

Hello Anne, thank you for your statement.
I think Rob said an EL3 and from the Almahata Sitta a century of a forecasting witness Fall. Heterogeneous material and this is more as very rare, because from AMH.
My Material is not from Siggi Haberer but also my Almahata Sitta is also perfectly legal and from the same papers signed by the University of Kartoum.
The material is currently classified at the Institute for Planetology, M*nster, from Prof. Dr. Addi Bischoff, Germany.
All our AMH material legal and safely. Every can buy it by me!
Kindly regards

Austin:
All of the Almahata Sitta meteorite exported from Sudan by Siegfried Haberer is perfectly legal, he has export papers signed by the University of Kartoum to go with it. I know that someone is spreading the rumor that it is illegal, I suppose that person is simply envious or jealous. I have seen the paper, it is legal, and I have a nice assortment of pieces on my website, and they came directly from Siegfried Haberer. |

Awesome specimen! I've wanted to buy some Almahata Sitta, but I heard much of the material on the market was illegally exported. How can I tell if a given piece of Almahata Sitta is legal?
