Found by a rancher in April 2008 among a group of rocks at the corner of a plowed field located 1.75 miles south of the town of Seminole in Gaines County, Texas.

This is a beautiful looking meteorite Anne! I really like the dark colour and the metal makes it really stand out.

Nice looking slice! those piles of rocks in fields are good places to check, as long as there is no snakes
