Registration transparent polished section of Iranian chondrite Tabas 001. This is a complex polymictic breccia. Photographs 2 and 3 show H7 and L6 clusters. In the H7 cluster, large crystals of plagioclase and clinopyroxene are visible. The matrix of this meteorite requires additional careful studies, since orthopyroxene chondrules, in its composition, have a different content of iron.
Photos 2 and 3 were taken with a microscope using a 3.5x planar objective. (Understanding Microscopes and Objectives)
The transparent polished section was made by Timur Kryachko.
