I acquired this as part of a group of meteorites from an old collection being sold out. There was no Id card with it but the seller did provide the complete list of all the meteorites in that collection. Many had been acquired from Robert Haag but a few were listed as having been acquired in 1983 from SciencesGraphics - a name I certainly know. A phone call to Dorothy Norton-Kashuba confirmed it; yes in the 1980s Richard and Dorothy were selling meteorites. She then managed to locate a few old catalogs and she was even kind enough to recreate the labels that would have come with those specimens. Thank you Dorothy.
