the leading face looks like an old tractor seat....I love it. Never seen one like that before
I wonder what that ridge in middle is made of? Is it a metal vein? have you checked with a magnet yet?

Seems that the bundles of flowlines radiate from the 2 deep and regmaglypted depressions, separated by a sharp ridge. Can't remember to have seen such a structure ever before.
