Hi John and Bernd. The white clasts are speckled. However, there are a good deal small holes along many of the shock veins. Thanks Graham! |

This is the Troctolite lunar that has lots impact melt vesicles/vugs (also shown in cut face) in the more "volatile" areas that are more colored, like the greyish blue parts. As for the Anorthosite chunks...I think the photo is a bit exaggerated(post) to give this cut the look of holes or freckles. |
