Bernd writes:
Locality: Chlum. This moldavite measures 70 x 52 x 40 x 8 mm, has a raised rim, and weighs 38.2 gr. Chemical corrosion in sediments is responsible for this beautiful, complex etch pattern, i.e. surface sculpture.

A wonderful example of soil transformed into gilded green ... & a Quarter Moon with its crescent shaped rim! Thanks!

Such a complicated and beautiful design, almost like a green lettuce leaf unfurling!

Beautiful and shows many Moldavite characteristics. Excellent photography, too.
