Carbonaceous chondrite (CBa), one of 8 to date.

Similar in composition and appearance to Bencubbin, for which the Bencubbinite meteorite classification is named. An interesting and more detailed summary of the S3-S4 shock history of QC001 from the Meteoritical Society is here, and a paper on the petrography and shock-melted silicate droplets from the 47th Lunar and Planetary Science Conference is here

Pic 1: polished side, metal reflection (mostly) minimized to better show nonmetallic chondrule detail

Pic 2: polished side, white metal reflection

Pic 3: unpolished side, white metal reflection
