Arispe is a coarse octahedrite with well defined kamacite bars of about 3 mm width. Neumann bands are viable in almost all kamacite bars. There are some interesting cohenite clusters/crystals ((Fe, Ni, Co)3C) with irregular shape to see in the Arispe iron.

Quoting from David New'a Fall 1988 Meteorite Sales List: ARISPE Chihuahua, Mexico Found 1896. Type: Coarse Octahedrite IC. Superb silvery-gray metallic polished and etched partial slices with large broad banded Widmanstatten pattern and minor micro schreibersite inclusions. Thin brownish-black oxide crust covers the slightly curving outer surface.

Beautiful Arispe slice, Juergen! My 54.6 gr slice has been stable for 30 years now. I acquired it from David New back in 1988.
