5854 grams. Specimen 15459 (sample collection bag 6) from the Apollo 15 mission. Found sometime between 30 July and 2 August 1971, Hadley Rille, near the edge of Imbrium Basin, Luna.   Lunar regolith breccia

Simon...with all the different lunar breccias we have, most likely they are almost all regolith types I would think. As for something from this particular area of the Moon and its' local makeup, I am not familiar with the details of this lunar specimen and what would make it so different. If I missed something, let me know.

unique specimen , looking at the Met Soc is there no equal as a lunar meteorite , I wonder is there a terrrestrial stone which has a close resemblence in mineral composition ?
