From my 4/28/16 visit to the Smithsonian. A half stone, 4"x4" in size, and likely 500 plus grams.

Great photo of this huge piece of Nakhala, A great way to take a photo of an object behind glass is with a polarized filter or at the least use your sunglasses in front of the lens, Cheers

My experience says it is difficult to get good pictures of anything behind glass in a museum.

Not a great picture of this beauty but believe it or not the color in this photo is pretty close to what it looked like in the display. I would have expected it to be more green. Maybe too much light. The viewing glass for this display was covered with fingerprints/smudges which was disappointing.
