TKW 538 grams. Fall not observed. Found April 2010, Al Bahr al Ahmar, Egypt.

 


Timur writes:
An unusual stone meteorite, with large oval nodules of iron hydroxides. Found by members of the Russian expedition to Egypt, in which the author of the photograph took part. The search for meteorites was carried out from cars.

Wow...that L chondrite looks like it was baked into a brick-like material. Solar system ceramics!!
