Hello Graham, I know it appears to be brittle, but in fact it is quite solid. But I am not playing with it, it is staying safely in its box. |

Just a few weeks prior to the 100th anniversary of the fall date of Shergotty, Mariner 4 sent back the first image of Mars to a hungry public. Scientists were so excited, they used colored pencils to convert the digital signal to a sketch, instead of waiting for it to be processed and printed. Little did they know that their pioneering work would lead ... including finding out there were already kilos of Mars rocks already on earth that could complement the Martian exploration effort! |
