Found in 1917 in the panhandle of Texas. 2 complete fragments of vastly different sizes but similar shapes. The larger one has a Nininger number.

No, Matthias, Panhandle is very close to Plainview, only about 130km. (this is Texas!). Panhandle is north-east of Amarillo, Plainview is on the road from Amarillo to Lubbock. In an area where every little town seems to be named after a meteorite. :-)

Very nice stones indeed. I keep here a small fragment of the Panhandle meteorite - shouldn't be so far from the Plainview place.

The large one shows an open shear plane on the front side?
