Hanno sent a number of pictures of the associated descriptive information at the museum and there is nothing about mass or size.

Even so...I have a hard time seeing 832 grams in that slice, based on the scale of the parts and pieces in the slice??

Metbase 7.2 tells, that the PBS from Paris is 832 g in weight.
