18.14 gram full slice.   Mesosiderite

TKW 386 grams. Fall not observed. Found 2010.

The MetBul says this is provisional and the type has not been established. Reliable sources say otherwise.

When I acquired that piece as part of a big collection, I was assured that the classification had been done and it was just a matter of time before it was published in the Met. Bulletin (and you probably know how I feel about unclassified meteorites!). But now it is gone, sold during the Show, but it went to a very good home.

Oh NO ! Do I see Mr. Bill from Saturday Night Live in that cut face? Stony (Iron meteorite) humor :/
