Fell on October 13, 1959, in Starke County, Indiana. It struck a house and one fragment of 2045g was found immediately in the street, a second fragment of 1660g was found in 1963.

Was it determined if Hamlet No. 2, found by Mr. Hall, was the missing broken apex piece? "the rest is silence.."
