This specimen exhibits distinctly oval-shaped chondrules.
Seen at the Hotel Tucson City Center, room 322 (Anne Black, Impactika).

Leoville is a unique CV3 chondrite that belongs to the reduced subgroup of carbonaceous chondrites. It has a high chondrule and a low matrix abundance. Its elongated chondrules show preferred orientation.
