A little late, but nevertheless: Imilac doens't need the stained-glass window effect. The olivines in this endsection reveal a mysterious depth - even better. Together with the wonderful structured rough surface: unique. |

Thanks for sharing the in-situ photo (#5). It is very informative. Looks very similar to the 80 year old projectile "craters" (with shrapnel) that we find widespread here in the Mojave Desert. |
