657.3 grams. 105 x 86 x 39 mm. unclassified
Geoff writes:
I have been working on this meteorite for eight years. In my professional opinion, Las Palmas is a separate
meteorite fall and nothing to to with Campo. The strewnfields are 200 miles apart and perpendicular to each other. I have
refrained from releasing this material as official classification is still pending, but I just had to share this fusion-crusted, sculptural beauty.

Any news about it*s classification? Is it Campo, as many say, or different? Nice shape anyhow, although I doubt to see fusion crust. |
